Randomized taglines
Published December 24th, 2005 in StumpThey’re all quotes from songs. I wrote a little PHP script that picks a random line from a text file and prints it. I was thinking it would be cool if each one was actually a link that pointed at the song in question, i.e. the lyrics or maybe even the song itself on iTunes (is that possible?).
Yea, I always wondered why you can’t take some part of the itunes music store and make a link out of it. It helps when you’re chatting w/ a friend and you want him to see the same itunes store view that you’re looking at. Seems like it would be easy to do: itms://
Or…you can annoy people by *playing* the song… =) Seriously i like the taglines. And apple does have this link maker (www.apple.com/itunes/linkmaker/) that you can use to make the link…i dunno how well it works though.
