It’s out! Fairly decent, though it didn’t blow-me-away. Actually some of the material felt a little dated, though it still made par. Feels like maybe they wrote the episode several months ago?

To be honest, I think at least part of my lukewarm reception has to do with the fact that the new episode seems almost *too* identical to the old spirit of the series, enough that it almost feels forced and somewhat rehashed.

I just found out you can get an RSS plugin for Azureus so that it will automatically receive and download new .torrent files from the feed. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any easier…

Thanks to kma for pointing out that all I need are five digits worth of signatures to make it happen. My proposal: a discount on state taxes if California weather (say, days with more than an 1 inch of precipitation) is strictly worse than the historical median by greater than a standard deviation.

It could even be pitched as a state employment and business recruiting initiative: “Come to California, better weather or your money back!”.

300. Z. X. What More Can I Say?

A lot, I guess. I paid $5500 out the door. Blue book was closer to $5000, but the car was in great shape and the previous owner had put a *ton* of maintenance work into the car. I’m hoping to keep up the high standards, especially in light of the punishment the car’s already received in the last two days as I hone my skills with a stick shift.
